Silstat Nails operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”). Silstat Nails is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, style, shape, length, quantity, and other product details before placing an order.
We do not guarantee that every product will appear exactly as displayed on your screen or that personal preferences and expectations will always be met.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and other information may be updated without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Silstat Nails.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have issued an order confirmation.
Please carefully review your order before submitting it. This includes the product style, nail size, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.
We may be unable to change or cancel an order after it has entered processing or has been shipped.
If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or phone number provided with the order. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, we will issue an appropriate refund.

You represent that products purchased through the Services are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING
Product prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to the correction of clear pricing errors. The final amount will be shown during checkout and in the order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices do not include applicable sales taxes or shipping charges.
For orders shipped within the United States, standard shipping costs $4.99 for orders below $69. Eligible orders of $69 or more receive free standard shipping. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Silstat Nails covers applicable customs duties and import fees associated with shipping orders from China to the United States. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery.
Applicable sales taxes, if legally required, may be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may occasionally offer promotions governed by separate terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the specific promotional terms will govern that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and account information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that the payment information is accurate.
You agree to pay all charges displayed and accepted during checkout, including applicable product prices, shipping charges, and taxes.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Order processing times, shipping rates, estimated delivery times, tracking information, and procedures for delayed, damaged, returned, or lost packages are described in our Shipping Policy:

In-stock sets are typically processed within 1–3 business days. If a selected size is sold out, it will be handcrafted to order; please allow 7–14 business days before shipment. Standard delivery to the United States typically takes approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch. Crafting and shipping transit times are separate, and mixed orders will usually ship together after all items are ready.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or has been shipped.
Lost, damaged, delayed, returned, or incorrectly delivered orders will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and applicable law.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents—including trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, product photographs, videos, audio, logos, designs, page layouts, and other materials—are owned by Silstat Nails, Shopify, or their respective licensors and may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Shopify’s names, logos, products, and services are the property of Shopify. Other names, logos, products, and services displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.

Silstat Nails is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Silstat Nails.
Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Silstat Nails and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, safety, legality, delivery, return, replacement, or refund of those products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for injury, damage, loss, or claims arising from purchases made directly from Silstat Nails.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights, remedies, or protections available under the laws applicable in the customer’s place of residence.
